We do not accept cash on delivery

Orders must be placed one day in advance. The cut off time is 5pm for the next day’s orders, both lunch & dinner.

Last minute cancellations/changes will not be entertained. Meal credits will be forfeited for any meals cancelled on the same day or after the cut-off time.

We deliver lunch and dinner, Mon to Sat only.

We do not offer any exchanges or refunds and all meals are non-transferable.

Dabba Junction is a credit based subscription service and all meals come with a maximum number of meal credits to be used within a specific time period. All unused credits will expire according to the expiry date and any requests for refunds or extensions will not be entertained. This is a very strict company policy and goes through a formal audit process. All customers are expected to read the Dabba Junction terms and conditions before making a purchase including our delivery timings as well as expiry dates of their meal credits.

Orders will be delivered to the address given at the time of ordering. Please ensure your condo name, block/tower number, unit number and postal codes are correct.

Please provide a valid Singapore number for our drivers to be able to contact you. They cannot make WhatsApp calls.

Please ensure your doorbell/intercom is working. In case of any issue, our drivers will try to contact you on the contact number provided. If the doorbell or phone call is not answered, we shall leave the food outside your unit and send you a photo of the same.

Delivery is free of charge however customers are required to pick-up the food from the lobby/guard post. Doorstep delivery is at the driver’s discretion. Please make sure you are available on the phone, as we will not be able to deliver the same meal again on that day and the meal credit will be deducted from your subscription balance.

If customers remain unreachable after repeated attempts, and the driver is unable to reach you, they will move on to the next delivery and you will have to pick up your meal from our premises or arrange for pick-up at your own expense.

Food will be delivered anytime between 10 :30 am to 2pm for lunch and & 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm for dinner.

If you need your food to be delivered at a specific time, you may arrange for self-pickup or external delivery, as we will not be able to deliver orders at a specific time.

Meals should, ideally, be consumed within 45mins from collection/delivery.

If you intend to eat your meal later, please refrigerate and reheat before eating.

Do not microwave for more than 2 minutes. A minute and half is sufficient to safely heat up the food and release the flavours.

Please take note that we do not cater to customers with specific needs so please do not order with us if you have specific requirements (Jain, Vegan, Nut-free, Keto etc)

Our food and delivery services are subject to availability of resources and we reserve the right to cancel/modify the meals. However, we will try to inform you in advance about the same.

We will not be responsible for any losses or consequences arising from the consumption of food orders 2 hours after collection and delivery.

We accept no liability for your purchase or collection of our food from any third party apart from us.

We reserve the right to amend our products and prices or cancel any plans or offers without prior notification.

We value all our customers and aim to provide a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including (but not limited to) situations where behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate, or where serving them may cause risk, harm, or legal issues. We may exercise this right without providing a reason.
